すでに畑からもいであって、ずーっと現地冷蔵庫で予冷がかかっているんです。これが大事！そして解禁日以降出荷されて、お客様に届いて数日で食べ頃になります。ラフランスは微妙に色が変わってくる頃が食べ頃。軸の周りを親指の腹で押すと微かに柔らかさが伝わって来ます。
